Rising home prices in Rosemount in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Rosemount rose by $63,500 while total sales decreased by 32.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were 46 homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,000 - a 20.3% increase over the $313,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Rosemount in the first quarter of 2021.
