Census Bureau: More women than men in Apple Valley in 2020

Of the 53,728 people living in Apple Valley in 2020, 50.9 percent (27,369) were women and 49.1 percent (26,359) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Dakota Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 274. In the 65 and over age range, there were 4,400 females and 3,291 males.
