Rising home prices in Farmington in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Farmington rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 55.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - an 11.1 percent increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Farmington in April 2021.
