Median home prices in Apple Valley rose to $347,000 in April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Apple Valley rose by $36,500 while total sales decreased by 33.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $347,000 - an 11.8 percent increase over the $310,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Apple Valley in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,186, approximately 0.9 percent of the median home sale price for April.
