Hampton (Dakota County) home prices rose in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Hampton in Dakota County rose by $122,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,500 - a 38.3 percent increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hampton in May 2021.

The median sales tax in Hampton for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,676, approximately 0.6 percent of the median home sale price for May.
