Rising home prices in Farmington in May

The median sale price of a home sold in May in Farmington rose by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 16.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,500 - an 18.9 percent increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Farmington in May 2021.
