Falling home prices in Mendota Heights in Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Mendota Heights fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 19.1 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $442,500 - a 0.6 percent decrease from the $445,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Mendota Heights in the second quarter of 2021.
