Mendota Heights median home prices fell by 12.1% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Mendota Heights fell by $58,000 while total sales decreased by 27.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $422,000 - a 12.1 percent decrease from the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Mendota Heights in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Mendota Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,364, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
