Rising home prices in Randolph in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Randolph rose by $117,600 while total sales decreased by 55.6 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,500 - a 39.2 percent increase over the $299,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Randolph in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Randolph for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,246, approximately 0.5 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
