Burnsville median home prices rose by 9.4% in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Burnsville rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 4.8 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 395 homes sold, with a median sale price of $350,000 - a 9.4 percent increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 415 homes sold in Burnsville in the first half of 2021.
