How many Inver Grove Heights School District students took their MCA and MTAS Math tests in 2021-22 school year?

Inver Grove Heights School District ranked fourth in the Dakota County for test participation, with 1,696 students taking the Math portion of the Minnesota Comprehensive Assessment and the Minnesota Test of Academic Skills in the 2021-22 school year, according to the Minnesota Department of Education.

The number of Inver Grove Heights School District students taking the tests in the 2021-22 school year rose by 37.1% over the previous year.

Inver Grove Heights School District's students achieved an average Math proficiency rate of 33% in 2021-22 school year.

Fourth grade students stood out with 20% of them exceeding standards in Math, which was the highest recorded proficiency at the district.

On the other hand, 11th-grade students had the most room for improvement, with 51% not meeting the expected standards.
