Angie Craig, a U.S. Congress member representing Minnesota's 2nd district since 2019, shared her thoughts on various issues through a series of tweets on February 3, 2025. Born in West Helena, Arkansas, in 1972 and currently residing in Prior Lake, Craig graduated from the University of Memphis in 1994 with a BA.

In a tweet posted at 15:27 UTC, Craig mentioned meeting with Jon Olson, a veteran and national security expert. "Nice to catch up with veteran and national security expert Jon Olson over coffee recently at Tapestry Coffee in Lakeville. We had a great conversation about veterans’ issues and how we can build on our work to support Minnesotans who have served."

Later that day, at 17:25 UTC, she expressed concern over privacy rights related to Elon Musk's DOGE Commission. "We must stop Elon Musk and his DOGE Commission from accessing and abusing Americans’ most confidential and personal financial information. This is a breach of our privacy rights - and I will immediately join the legislative fight to stop it."

At 21:24 UTC, Craig criticized the current administration for its handling of rural community services. "The government website that serves our rural communities is offline. This Administration’s chaotic approach is hurting American farmers and I’m fighting back."
