Angie Craig, U.S. Congresswoman representing Minnesota’s 2nd district since 2019, has recently highlighted legislative initiatives and local achievements through her social media posts.
On August 4, 2025, Craig addressed ongoing concerns about violence against Indigenous women: "The missing and murdered indigenous women crisis continues to worsen – yet too many Tribal law enforcement agencies continue to face excessive red tape. I’m proud to be cosponsoring legislation that supplies Tribal law enforcement agencies and officers with the benefits they".
The following day, August 5, she posted about efforts to support biomanufacturing in Minnesota: "Increasing market access for biomanufacturers benefits the environment, strengthens our economy, creates good-paying jobs and creates opportunities for MN family farmers. I’m proud to introduce my bill that stabilizes MN markets for bio-based products and ensures America remains".
Later on August 5, Craig recognized a Minnesota farm participating in a national event: "As the Great American Farmer’s Market takes place on National Mall, I’m proud to welcome Minnesota’s own Angie’s Acres to Washington – where they’ll be selling Wagyu beef all week. If their beef is as great as their name, they’re definitely worth a visit! https://t.co/Mw16jsQ8mz".
