State Representative Jon Koznick, a member of the Minnesota House of Representatives, has recently shared several posts on his social media account addressing political events and community gatherings.

On September 8, 2025, Koznick invited followers to attend a GOP Transportation Committee event at a local venue. He wrote, "A beautiful afternoon for end of summer patio- join us at Jameson Tavern in west St. Paul.! 3:30- 6pm GOP Transpo committee! #teamkozmn".

The following day, September 9, he congratulated a colleague on their new leadership role while referencing recent changes in legislative leadership. Koznick stated, "Congratulations to now Caucus Leader @zackstephenson I look forward to continuing to partner w members across the aisle where we can.

I imagine the task of replacing Speaker Hortman was emotionally painful and difficult."

On September 11, Koznick commented on public reactions to political violence. He posted, "If you are in public service (elected, staff, or other public employee) of any kind and somehow celebrating a political assassination, reconsider your purpose and get help.

Jon Koznick represents District 57A in the Minnesota House and serves as an active voice within state Republican circles. His recent comments come amid ongoing transitions in legislative leadership and heightened discourse around civility in politics.
