Angie Craig shares legislative updates and community engagement with Minnesota constituents

U.S. Representative Angie Craig, who serves Minnesota’s 2nd district in Congress, recently shared updates and reflections on her work and community involvement through a series of posts on X (formerly Twitter).

On September 12, 2025, Craig posted, "This is one thing we can definitely agree on." Later that day, she outlined her priorities and recent actions in Washington by stating, "Minnesotans want to see their elected officials getting things done and making their lives better. Here’s just some of what I did in Washington this week: https://t.co/s1GQQ5ksjq"

The following day, on September 13, Craig highlighted her participation in a local event commemorating law enforcement officers lost to mental health challenges. She wrote, "Every year, I attend the Cory Slifko Memorial Softball Tournament in Farmington to pay tribute to Cory and the many other law enforcement officers we have lost to mental health challenges related to their service. Cory inspired my bill – which became law in 2022 – to provide https://t.co/QKffHIvppw"

Craig has represented Minnesota’s 2nd District since 2019 after succeeding Jason Lewis. Born in West Helena, Arkansas in 1972 and currently residing in Prior Lake, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Memphis in 1994.
