U.S. Representative Angie Craig, who serves Minnesota’s 2nd district in Congress, has recently shared a series of updates on her social media accounts addressing national policy and local events.

On September 20, 2025, Craig criticized former President Donald Trump’s trade policies and priorities, stating: "Trump's reckless tariffs are hitting working Minnesotan families hard. Instead of working nonstop to help them – he's spending his time golfing. That’s all you need to know."

Later that same day, Craig highlighted her participation in a major agricultural event in the state: "It was an honor to welcome Farm Aid to Minnesota for the first time. There’s nothing like coming together over great music for a great cause — supporting the farmers who feed the world. And as House Ag Committee leader, I got to introduce the legendary, Wynonna Judd!"

On September 21, 2025, she drew attention to a federal initiative honoring military service: "The Veterans History Project collects the stories of U.S. military Veterans so future generations may better understand what they saw, did and felt during their service. Veterans from all branches and ranks who served at any point since World War I are eligible to participate," she wrote.

Craig has represented Minnesota's 2nd District since 2019 after replacing Jason Lewis in Congress (source: FACTS FOR STEP 4). Born in West Helena, Arkansas in 1972 and now residing in Prior Lake, she earned her BA from the University of Memphis in 1994.
