State Representative Jon Koznick, who serves in the Minnesota House of Representatives, recently shared a series of posts on his social media account highlighting local events and issues ranging from Alzheimer’s care to education standards.

On October 16, 2025, Koznick drew attention to a community discussion about Alzheimer’s disease and memory care in Lakeville. He encouraged residents to seek support through available resources, stating: "Important discussion about Alzheimer’s & memory care tonight in Lakeville @TheWatersMN Also use @alzassociation 24/7 helpline 800-272-3900 for support & info Bonus Puppy Everly! #teamkozmn #Kozdogs".

Two days later, on October 18, he commented on a local sports event involving the University of Minnesota's football team. Koznick wrote: "Fun Friday night to see the kids storming the field with @GopherFootball upset over ranked #Nebraska Super game to watch".

Later that same evening, he addressed educational outcomes and school performance in another post. Koznick stated: "I’m certain 90% or higher of those students must be at grade level and also at least 90% grad rate. A’s (90% and above) might be able to be demanding. D’s/ F’s failing schools don’t cut it."

Koznick has represented District 58A in the Minnesota House since first being elected in 2014. His legislative priorities have included transportation policy and community health initiatives.
