On Friday, May 2, former Lakeville South High School standout Sydney Swanson’s current college team, the Ripon Red hawks, won 15-0 in their NCAA Division III softball game against the Maranatha Baptist Sabercats.
The game took place at Tracy Field. This was their second matchup against the Sabercats this season.
The Red hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, May 3 at 1 p.m. at Tracy Field against Grinnell Pioneers.
