City of Coates issued the following announcement on Jan. 20.
In-person absentee voting is available for the special primary election to fill the vacant District 6 seat on the Anoka County Board. This election is only for three precincts on the far eastern side of Blaine, to find your precinct go to mnvotes.org.
Voting is available at Blaine City Hall, Monday - Friday from 8AM - 4:30PM. Additionally, absentee voting will be available on Saturday November, 3 from 10AM - 3PM. Regular voting for this special primary election will be held at polling places on November 5 from 7AM - 8PM.
