CITY OF COATES: Public Invited To Review Thompson County Park Plans

Publiccomment

City of Coates issued the following announcement on Nov. 4.

The public can help plan the future of Thompson County Park in West St. Paul.

Dakota County is developing a Thompson County Park master plan and a natural resources management plan for the park. The master plan includes a long-range vision for the park that will guide future decisions about park activities, park improvements and natural resources restoration. The natural resources management plan addresses restoration priorities and provides near-term management recommendations.

The public can review and provide input on the draft plans during two upcoming open houses:

  • Tuesday, Nov. 5, 5:30–7:30 p.m. Thompson County Park, 360 Butler Ave. E., West St. Paul
  • Thursday, Nov. 7, 5–7 p.m. Wentworth Library, 199 Wentworth Ave. E., West St. Paul
To view the draft plans, go to the Thompson County Park Master Plan page.
