City of Burnsville issued the following announcement on Dec. 9.
Kids ages 8 – 13 can experience winter in the great outdoors, all while learning some basic outdoor survival techniques through fun games and activities with Minnesota Naturalist EcoElsa during the first-ever Outdoor Survival Camp Tuesday, Dec. 31.
