Nininger home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Nininger rose by $29,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,500 - a 9.5% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Nininger in 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Nininger for 2018 was $2,882. In 2014, the median sales tax was $2,466. This marks an increase of 16.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
