City of Eagan issued the following announcement on Feb. 11.
Enjoy the Twin Cities tastiest food truck fare, local craft beers and entertainment at the Eagan Food Truck Festival. The event promises to be a salty and sweet Friday evening with more than 20 trucks representing tastes from across the globe.
