City of Coates issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
The Recycling Zone in Eagan temporarily closed Friday, Aug. 28 out of an abundance of caution due to a confirmed case of COVID-19 in on-site contractor staff. Dakota County staff are monitoring the situation and plan to reopen Wednesday, Sept. 2.
Residents can hold onto materials until The Recycling Zone opens or use the Green Guide to find other places that take electronics, paint and more.
