Census Bureau: More women than men in West St. Paul in 2019

Of the 19,779 people living in West St. Paul in 2019, 52.2 percent (10,315) were women and 47.8 percent (9,464) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Dakota Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 6,204-to-6,074. In the 65 and over age range, there were 1,941 females and 1,497 males.
