Apple Valley median home prices fell by 2% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Apple Valley fell by $5,250 while total sales increased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 2% decrease over the $260,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 152 homes sold in Apple Valley in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Apple Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,186, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
