Home prices decreased in Randolph during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Randolph fell by $59,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 15.4% decrease over the $384,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Randolph in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Randolph for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $2,246, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
