Eureka Center home prices rose in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Eureka Center rose by $96,950 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $474,450 - a 25.7% increase over the $377,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Eureka Center in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Eureka Center for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,778, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
