Empire home prices fell in May 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2021 in Empire fell by $190,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $220,000 - a 46.3% decrease over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Empire in May 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Empire for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,559, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for May 2021.
