Median home prices in Lilydale fell to $250,000 in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Lilydale fell by $25,520 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 9.3% decrease over the $275,520 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Lilydale in the second quarter of 2020, as well.
