The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in Castle Rock fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Castle Rock fell by $205,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 42.7% decrease over the $480,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Castle Rock in the second quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Castle Rock for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $3,203, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
