Pricing for the median home in Northfield decreased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Northfield fell by $89,900 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 24.3% decrease over the $369,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Northfield in the second quarter of 2020.
