The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Hampton in Dakota County rose by $86,600 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $306,500 - a 39.4% increase over the $219,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Hampton in the second quarter of 2020.
