Census Bureau: More women than men in West St. Paul in 2020

Medium names 20

Of the 19,805 people living in West St. Paul in 2020, 54 percent (10,700) were women and 46 percent (9,105) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Dakota Times.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by 546. In the 65 and over age range, there were 2,295 females and 1,538 males.
