First half of 2022: Northfield experienced a 33.7% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Northfield rose by $100,950 while total sales increased by 40 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,500 - a 33.7 percent increase over the $299,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Northfield in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Northfield for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,136, approximately one percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
