Public can view County Road 50/Flagstaff Avenue project plan

The public can learn more about a plan to improve traffic safety at the intersection of County Road 50 and Flagstaff Avenue in Farmington during an open house Sept. 27.

The project will improve safety and traffic operations at the intersection, especially southbound traffic on Flagstaff Avenue turning onto the county road. The intersection will be realigned to address safety and crash issues.

The open house will be Tuesday, Sept. 27 from 4:30–6:30 p.m. at Farmington City Council Chambers, 430 Third St., Farmington.

Construction will begin in May 2023.
