COTTAGE GROVE, MN – On June 26, U.S. Rep. Angie Craig was joined by State Senator Judy Seeberger (SD-41), constituents and community advocates at the HERO Center for a town hall focused on combating the fentanyl crisis – her 54th town hall since taking office.

During the event, Rep. Craig updated constituents on her continued efforts to address the fentanyl crisis and prevent overdose deaths at the federal level.

She also invited several community advocates to share how they have been impacted by this crisis and the work they are doing to provide their communities with the tools, resources and education needed to protect Minnesotans from the dangers of fentanyl.

“There is absolutely no room for politics when it comes to protecting our communities from the dangers of fentanyl. We don’t have time for partisan politics in this crisis. This poison doesn't give a damn what your politics are – nor do the criminal enterprises smuggling it into our country,” said Rep. Craig in her opening remarks.
