She emphasized the importance of reliable mail for essential services such as paychecks and prescriptions, calling for improvements. "Mail service in Minnesota continues to fall below the national average – and that’s completely unacceptable."

In another engagement on March 13, 2025, Craig expressed gratitude towards the Minnesota Police Association for their meeting in Washington D.C., reaffirming her commitment to ensuring law enforcement officers have necessary resources for safety.
