On April 1, 2025, Craig shared insights into her meeting with University of Minnesota President Rebecca Cunningham, highlighting the significant research efforts at the university and her commitment to student protection.

Members of my staff will be available to answer your questions and help you open a case." Later on the same date, she informed her constituents about upcoming mobile office hours in Burnsville, providing a venue for assistance in accessing federal benefits and agency communications.

It was an honor to meet with the James Beard Foundation today to discuss how we can work together to support the ag economy and make sure every American has food on the table." In another post dated April 1, 2025, she discussed her meeting with the James Beard Foundation, emphasizing collaboration efforts to bolster the agricultural economy and ensure food accessibility.
