Angie Craig, a member of the United States Congress representing Minnesota’s 2nd District since 2019, has taken to social media to discuss various pressing issues. Craig, who was born in West Helena, Arkansas, and resides in Prior Lake, highlighted her efforts on drug crisis management and government funding challenges, among other topics.

On April 2, 2025, Craig shared her commitment to combating the opioid epidemic through increased accessibility to Narcan. She emphasized, "We have to use all the tools in our toolbox to fight the opioid crisis. I've been pushing at the federal level to make Narcan more widely available because it saves lives. We can prevent overdose deaths in Minnesota, and we should."

Later the same day, on April 2, 2025, Craig expressed concern over job losses due to government decisions. She stated, "170+ Minnesota public health employees lost their jobs yesterday because of the Admin's federal funding cuts. These are people conducting lifesaving research and helping curb the spread of infectious diseases, like measles and bird flu. These cuts are costing jobs, and they'll."

Craig also directed her followers to read her full statement regarding the President’s announcement on tariffs, as noted on April 2, 2025. She urged, "Read my full statement on the President’s tariff announcement."
