Angie Craig, currently serving as a U.S. Congresswoman representing Minnesota's 2nd district, shared insights from her activities and opinions in a series of posts on April 10, 2025.

In a meeting with @iupat82, Craig discussed strategies to expand apprenticeship programs in Minnesota. She emphasized the goal of securing "good-paying jobs in the trades" for Minnesotans.

Later, Craig critiqued a plan by Republicans which, she claims, involves large cuts to SNAP. She argued that it aims to give "billionaires the national credit card" and warned it would result in the "skyrocketing national debt, higher costs for the middle class," and more Americans facing hunger. She described the proposal as "a disgrace."

Craig expressed excitement about meeting with representatives from the Vikings, showing her personal support by wearing her "purple jacket." She conveyed optimism about the upcoming season, stating that "This season is our season – I can feel it. Skol!"

Congresswoman Angie Craig was born in 1972 in West Helena, Arkansas, and now resides in Prior Lake, Minnesota. She has been serving Minnesota’s 2nd District in Congress since 2019, after succeeding former Congressman Jason Lewis. An alumna of the University of Memphis, Craig holds a BA degree, which she earned in 1994.
