Angie Craig, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Minnesota's 2nd district since 2019, has recently addressed several pressing issues through her social media platform. In a series of tweets, she expressed concerns over gun violence, healthcare costs, and ethical standards in government.

On June 2, 2025, Angie Craig highlighted the issue of gun violence during Gun Violence Awareness Month. She stated, "Too many Americans have lost a child, family member or friend to gun violence. During Gun Violence Awareness Month, we remember the lives that have been lost and reaffirm our commitment to passing common-sense gun reform to keep our communities safe."

Later that day, she commented on recent legislative actions affecting healthcare costs. She criticized her House Republican colleagues for passing a bill that could increase healthcare expenses for everyone. She affirmed her commitment to reducing these costs by stating, "It already costs too much to be sick in this country – and my House Republican colleagues have now passed a bill that will make healthcare go up for everyone. I won’t stop fighting to lower costs for working families."

The following day on June 3, 2025, Craig called for stricter ethical standards within Congress. She advocated against members using their positions for personal gain and emphasized the importance of prioritizing constituents' interests by stating, "Members of Congress shouldn’t be able to use their positions of power for their own personal gain. It’s time to clean up Washington so Minnesotans can feel confident that they are – and will always be – their representatives’ number one priority."
