Saturday, Feb. 8: Burnsville High School standout Sidney LaMotte’s college team wins to Western Illinois Leathernecks

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Burnsville High School standout Sidney LaMotte’s current college team, the Green Bay Phoenix, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.

The game took place at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Leathernecks this season.

The Phoenix’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 9 a.m. at The Dome at Parkway Bank Sports Complex against Valparaiso Beacons.
