City of Apple Valley issued the following announcement.
Kelley Park Splash Pad is open for the season as of June 17, 2020. Weather dependent with daily hours of 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
To operate, push the button on the "stoplight" at the south end and step on the foot sensor at the north end. Please adhere to physical distancing and other CDC and MN Dept. of Health guidelines.
