CITY OF EAGAN: Eagan City Council took action to decrease the 2021 liquor license fee

Liquor

City Of Eagan issued the following announcement on Dec. 02.

Last night, the Eagan City Council took action to decrease the 2021 liquor license fee by providing a 35% credit in recognition of the unprecedented difficulties faced by restaurants due to COVID-19.

Eagan has remained focused on how we can help our community’s businesses stay open and doing business. That’s why we’ve worked to provide relief through grants for small businesses and nonprofits, and increased flexibility for businesses including expanding outdoor dining permits, adjusted for curbside pickup and outdoor fitness spaces, and creating electronic permits and virtual inspections. We will keep our efforts moving forward to keep Eagan moving forward.
