City of Eagan issued the following announcement on Dec. 13.
Snow Tip: Minimize damage.
The City is not responsible for damage to any objects/amenities such as sprinkler heads, driveway, fences, landscaping, etc. in a public boulevard area, which is generally 12 to 15 feet behind the curb. This area is designated for snow storage.
To avoid sod or other damage, consider marking your yard line with stakes. This can help avoid damage to grass. If we do damage your grass, give us a call and we’ll reseed in the spring.
